Well things are well and truly moving at pace now, with delivery expected within the next 10-14 days. Some further work on refining the interior has been carried, the garage layout and most of the mountings for the van and sports equipment have been fitted. Some of the tools and equipment have been procured and the layout is evolving, as shown below.

The Roof Rack is that final piece!

The final piece of kit to fit to the van is the all aluminium roof rack. The rack will serve two main purposes. Firstly to transport our two kayaks seen below and to act as viewing deck come seating/lounge area to enjoy the sunshine and views!

The next post will be when I finally take delivery of the Van and is likely be the last about the van and it’s build. It will feature the bespoke roof rack and why it’s special. The blog will then be superseded by blog posts about where we’ve been, who we’ve met and what we’ve seen and done!
